Incorporating music, entrepreneurial, and social inclusion, Dr. Vidal has founded South Florida Friends of Classical Music, a non-profit organization, creating and curating the following programs:
Music Festival
The annual Festival features academic, traditional and contemporary music from diverse cultures performed by acclaimed world-class artists.
Piano Competition
The Competition promotes Carreño's music and other Ibero-American composers, and launches and nurtures young artists' careers through the triennial competition.
Music Academy
An intense, highly individualized institution for piano that offers a thorough and comprehensive program of music instruction for gifted young pianists ages 8-14.
Study Abroad Program
Our summer Study Abroad program is directed towards college students and professionals, interested adults and seniors of any professional background.
Orchestra
The core group of musicians includes award-winning fixed professional fellows who collaborate to create beautiful chamber music together.
